We have a 3-days exchange & replacement policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a replace / exchange.

To be eligible for a replace / exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a replace / exchange case, you can easily contact usOur team will try the best to work towards a satisfactory solution as soon as possible. Lead time for complain resolution is 2 to 4 days. If your case is accepted, Your replacement will be delivered within 13 to 15 working days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a Exchange will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, model issue, damaged, short content or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such event, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

Products are Non-Exchangeable on the basis of change of mind or did not like the product. We also do not accept replace / exchange for products with personalized name, text, number etc on any product.
